Tenadex required a BTC deposit before users could access their own funds

I am flagging Tenadex for anyone being told to send extra crypto to complete KYC or unlock withdrawals.

Multiple Trustpilot reviews describe serious access and support issues. One reviewer said they had 0.5 BTC in a funding account but could not withdraw because the platform was asking for an additional 0.002 BTC deposit. Another reviewer said support gave conflicting verification instructions and made account access extremely difficult.

Tenadex currently shows a bad Trustpilot score with a large majority of one-star reviews. Any platform that requires a fresh BTC payment before releasing existing funds should be treated as a high-risk advance-fee setup.
