FXT kept my withdrawal on hold while repeating that it was under review

My withdrawal entered a compliance review and then remained there without a clear owner or completion date. I kept hearing that the matter was under review, but those words did not tell me what information was missing or when I could expect a decision. Earlier communication about a possible settlement made the situation even more confusing. FXT later acknowledged that its communication had fallen short while maintaining that an active investigation could keep the withdrawal on hold.
