Zenith-Options - Total ghosting after trying to close out an options trading contract

I started using Zenith-Options after seeing a couple of influencers pitching their binary options signals. The account setup was super fast and they take crypto deposits instantly with no KYC required at the start. I managed to double my balance over two weeks following some of the trend signals on their dashboard.

The problem started when I filed a request to withdraw my initial $600 deposit. The status got changed to "Under Review" and has stayed that way for over 10 days. I’ve reached out to their support desk via the website widget and sent multiple emails to their compliance team, but they have completely ghosted me.

Be careful if you are using this site. They are incredibly active on social media trying to pull in new investors, but they have absolutely zero intention of letting anyone actually pull money out. They are an completely unregulated offshore entity.
