I submitted my first crypto withdrawals after the site stated that processing normally takes one to three business days. Five business days passed and both requests were still outstanding. I began searching for other customer experiences only after the deadline had already been missed, which increased my concern. A delay does not automatically prove wrongdoing, but the broker should provide a transaction status, the reason for the hold, and a revised completion date before its published timeframe expires.
