Withdrawal methods removed during internal review

My verified balance reached $2,957.27 after CFD trading, but my $2,000 withdrawal was cancelled. The available withdrawal methods were then removed from my dashboard.

I have been told the account is under internal review without a clear completion date. I need the withdrawal methods restored and the funds released.
