CoinTrustX Exchange demanded another deposit before releasing my USDT balance

I want to document what happened with CoinTrustX because I honestly wish I had searched harder before trusting their platform.

I transferred around $1,900 worth of USDT to cointrustx.net after someone in a Telegram trading community kept posting screenshots of daily profits and claiming withdrawals were instant. The interface looked polished and my account balance updated immediately, which made everything seem legitimate.

The problems started when I attempted to withdraw part of my balance last week. My request was placed under something they called a risk review process. Support then informed me that my account had to be upgraded to a premium verification tier before withdrawals could be processed.

What really convinced me something was wrong was the fact they refused to deduct the fee from my existing balance and instead wanted fresh funds sent. Every email since then has been copy-paste responses. Be extremely careful if you're currently using this exchange.
