Be very careful with this platform, very easy to deposit and trade but they never letting you take your money out. They hit you with different excuses to make you keep spending more money. Can't really blame anyone for falling for them because I also lost money to them. I'm happy I found a recovery expert who made sure that everything I had lost, including profits was restored. I completed verification, but IQ Option still prevented me from withdrawing.
I deposited 600 THB and grew the account to approximately 680 THB. When I attempted to cash out, the system demanded verification documents even though my account had already been verified.
There was no working upload button, and more than ten withdrawal attempts failed. The amount was small, but the principle was not. I should not need to fight the interface to access a verified account balance.
