QT Funded delayed my payout and said its trading data was lost

I requested a payout from QT Funded on May 28. I waited almost three weeks for an interview invitation, attended the interview on July 22, and five days later was told that my trading data had been lost. I was then offered a choice of trading for another 30 days or accepting a refund.

I chose the 30-day option because I felt I had no alternative, but after being told my account would be activated that day, I still had no update several days later. I would encourage traders to keep copies of payout requests, account communications, and the terms they purchased in case a similar issue occurs.
