CoinDCX kept my crypto withdrawal verification open beyond its stated deadline

I submitted the documents requested for crypto withdrawal access after being told the review could take up to 14 days. More than a month later, I still had no approval or meaningful status update. Every conversation with support ended with another request to try again the following week. The lack of a deadline left me unable to plan around my own funds. Verification can take time, but an open-ended review with repeated template responses is not acceptable.
