Capital withheld despite no trades placed

I deposited money and was waiting for a trading opportunity when I received an email accusing me of bonus abuse. I had not placed any trades, yet my attempt to withdraw my capital was blocked.

I need the original deposit returned and a clear explanation of how a rule could have been breached without trading activity. The decision does not make sense from my side.
