Switch Markets gave me severe slippage and never resolved the complaint

I experienced severe slippage that triggered my stop-loss. I reported the issue immediately and continued following up with support for more than a year.

Despite repeated assurances that the case would be reviewed, I never received a meaningful explanation or a resolution. A prolonged review without a clear outcome leaves traders unable to understand what happened to their order.
