Just dropping a warning here because I nearly fell for a highly sophisticated phishing clone.

I was added to an investment group on WhatsApp where a bunch of profiles were actively sharing screenshots of massive daily returns from a private BlackRock institutional digital asset fund. They sent out a link directing people to register on blackrock-institutional.com.

The site itself looked completely genuine, featuring high-res corporate branding, copied executive profiles, and stolen regulatory license numbers at the bottom to build immediate trust. I transferred a test deposit of $1,500 in USDT to the wallet address they generated on the user portal.

The dashboard updated to show my funds hitting the pool, but the second I tried to run a small withdrawal test, my profile was instantly locked out under the guise of an unverified IP address. They are now demanding that I submit a photo of my passport along with an extra deposit to verify my identity. This is a complete phishing trap using a massive corporate name to lower your defenses. Do not send them a single cent.
