Agile Global said my account did not exist when I tried to withdraw

When I tried to withdraw from Agile Global, the system showed that my account did not exist. At the same time, the trading account still appeared to be available for trading.

That contradiction is very concerning because I could see a trading relationship but could not use the account to access funds. I need the account status clarified and the withdrawal function restored.
