ThinkCapital refused my $1,545 payout despite acknowledging my trading was legitimate

I passed the two-step challenge, followed the trading rules, and earned $1,545. When I requested payment, I was told the payout could not be made because of internal operational limitations and policy changes. What made the decision harder to accept was that my trading was reportedly not treated as a rule violation. I lost weeks of work for a reason outside my trading performance. Policy changes should not erase an already-earned payout without a clear contractual basis.
