I wanted to document this because I haven't been able to find much information about Paxcrestfx.com online.
I signed up after seeing one of their sponsored ads promoting low spreads and managed accounts. I deposited around $700 and spent a couple of weeks trading EUR/USD and GBP/USD.
Everything appeared normal in the beginning. Orders executed without issue and my account balance climbed steadily.
Problems started after I submitted a withdrawal request. Instead of processing it, support informed me that additional identity checks were required. I supplied the requested documents, but several days later I received another message asking for further verification.
It's now been over two weeks and I still haven't received the funds. Emails are taking longer to answer, and live chat has been unavailable every time I've checked.
