Novate-cfd withdrawal queue has been frozen for over two weeks

Whenever I ping my account rep, they tell me my capital is temporarily locked by an external liquidity bank and that I am required to pay a 15% upfront fee via a crypto transfer before it can be authorized.

I flat out refused to send them more money, and now authorities have just issued a formal blackout mandate to take down their domains for running a fraudulent platform. Do not assume your capital is safe just because a platform's charts look highly genuine early on.
