My CryptoTab withdrawal has remained in processing status for more than three years.
The request covers 1.7 BTC, but no blockchain transaction identifier has ever been provided. Support initially told me to wait and later stopped responding.
A Bitcoin payment cannot be verified without a TXID. If the transaction never appeared on-chain, the status shown inside the application does not prove that any withdrawal was actually executed.
