I had traded with XM for some time without being profitable. When I finally made gains and requested a $4,000 withdrawal, my account was blocked and I was asked to verify my identity.
I submitted the documents requested, but after ten days and repeated emails I still had no meaningful reply or access to the withdrawal.
I am documenting the timing because the block happened when I asked to take profit out. A withdrawal and verification process should be clear, timely, and capable of being resolved through support.
