COCA Wallet accepted my USDT deposit but I still could not withdraw it

COCA Wallet accepted my USDT deposit, but I could not withdraw the funds afterward. I contacted support and did not receive a useful response or a clear path to resolve the problem.

The situation is especially concerning because depositing worked normally while access to the same funds did not. A wallet service should make withdrawal conditions clear before taking custody of an asset.

I would like to hear from anyone who has successfully resolved a blocked USDT withdrawal with COCA Wallet.
