NEEX blocked my trading account after repeated withdrawal errors

I had approximately $236 inside my NEEX trading account and spent two weeks attempting to withdraw it.

Every request produced an error. After I contacted support repeatedly, the platform blocked the trading account completely. I could no longer trade, withdraw, or access the balance, and my messages received no useful response.

The amount was not a disputed bonus or an enormous profit. It was my remaining account balance, and the exit route disappeared when I tried to recover it.
