I came across app.apextradingplatforms.net while looking into trading platforms and nearly connected it with Apex Trader Funding because the name was close enough to create confusion.

That was exactly what made me uncomfortable. The domain did not feel like the official prop firm site, and people checking it warned that whoever referred me there was likely trying to steal from me.

My warning is simple: do not treat a similar name as proof that a trading platform is legitimate. I would verify the official company domain directly before entering any details or funding an account.
