I paid for a DeFi wallet setup and then could not move my crypto back

I was told that someone was an expert in creating a DeFi wallet. They helped set up a Wyoming LLC and connect a wallet, but after my crypto was transferred into an Exodus wallet, I could no longer transfer it back.

I lost about $5,000 in crypto. I am reporting this because a wallet setup service should not leave the customer unable to control or recover their own assets.
