DooPrime declined my withdrawal and deducted funds from my original deposit

I deposited $140 with DooPrime and accepted a bonus offer. When I tried to withdraw, the request was declined.

What concerned me most was seeing funds deducted from my initial deposit balance. I am not asking for a vague status update; I need a clear account of the withdrawal decision, the bonus treatment, and every balance adjustment.

I am posting this as a record for other traders. A withdrawal denial should come with a specific explanation that the customer can verify against the account history.
