PFM Crypto locked my mining balance when I tried to withdraw

PFM Crypto promoted mining contracts that were supposed to pay interest. It initially looked as though the account and contract were working normally.

When I tried to withdraw, the funds were locked and customer service stopped responding. I reported a $10,000 loss and would caution anyone considering a mining contract that only appears functional until withdrawal.
