I completed every verification request that N1CM asked for including identification documents, proof of address and payment verification.

After all checks were approved I submitted a withdrawal request expecting the process to be straightforward.

Instead the request remained pending month after month with no meaningful update from support.

Every follow-up inquiry produced another generic response explaining that the finance department was still reviewing the case.
