It could honestly happen to anyone, I know first hand how it can be really frustrating losing your money to most of these companies through online trading. I spent months following Julien FX State because the trading results posted through the channel looked consistent. The offer was a free MT5 trading robot, provided I opened an account through their referral link and funded it with at least $5,000.
I followed those instructions and deposited more than the required amount. Once the money was in the brokerage account, however, Julien would not send me the EA file or any installation documentation. Instead, he repeatedly asked for my MT5 login and master password so that he could install it himself.
I have installed EAs before and saw no legitimate reason to surrender full control of a funded live account. I offered to install the software myself, but the communication stopped after I refused to share the password. The representative later disputed my version publicly, saying the software code was never part of the offer. Whatever the explanation, I would not fund an account through fxstate.co without first receiving clear written terms about what is actually supplied and what account access will be required.
