I saw a sharp price movement on the platform that did not appear to match the market information I was checking elsewhere. The move triggered my stop loss and the account was wiped out before I had a realistic opportunity to react.

Market losses happen, but unusual execution should always be documented. Save platform screenshots, timestamps, symbol details, order tickets, and comparable price data from an independent source.
