DNA Funded left me paying for a platform that placed the wrong trades

DNA Funded's TradeLocker setup started taking trades with lot sizes I had not entered. The platform became unusable and the irregular executions caused losses. I sent screenshots to support and asked to move my accounts to MT5, or to receive a refund if that could not be done.

Support eventually acknowledged an issue with the trading engine, but I was still not offered a migration, refund, or meaningful remedy for the trades that had already been affected. After waiting for updates and receiving template-style replies, I was left with three challenges on a platform I no longer trust.
