Marginaltrading.net offered financial services without FCA permission

Marginaltrading.net looked like a trading or financial-service site, and it listed a US address that could make the business appear more established. The problem is that the real test is whether the firm is authorised to deal with people in the UK.

The FCA warning from July 9, 2026 says marginaltrading.net may be providing or promoting financial services without permission. If I deposited there, I would not expect normal complaint or compensation protection.
