Reported cloned Tickmill app required taxes before any withdrawal

I met someone on Facebook and communicated with her over WhatsApp for several months. I was coached on trades involving ETH and BTC through what I believed was a cloned Tickmill forex-trading app.

The problem began when I tried to withdraw. I was told I needed to pay income tax on the reported earnings first. Even when I asked to withdraw only my original $8,000, I was told that could not happen without paying more than $5,000 in taxes.

I do not believe this was a legitimate withdrawal process. I saved the messages and trading instructions, and I hope this report helps someone recognize the pattern before sending additional crypto.
