Credessa completely stopped responding to my withdrawal requests

I've been trading on Credessa for almost two months and everything seemed completely normal up until a couple of weeks ago.

Messages that used to get handled by their web chat within a few minutes started taking days. When they finally did reply, they claimed my funds were locked by a liquidity provider and demanded that I pay an upfront 15% clearage tax via crypto before they could authorize the transaction.

I refused to send them any extra cash, and now the site has been officially blocked by financial authorities for operating completely without authorization. I haven't given up hope entirely on finding a way to recover my funds, but I am incredibly angry at myself for ignoring the early delays. If you have an active balance here, definitely do not fall for their advance fee tax trick.
