SwiftCardCash drained my gift card but never sent the cash payout

I used SwiftCardCash because it advertised exchanging gift cards for cash. I submitted a $200 Visa gift card through the site.

The value was taken from the card, but I was never paid. I am reporting this so other people know to be careful before handing over the balance of a gift card to a cash-exchange site.
