Placoids Fx Trade used fake social accounts to push me into a crypto investment site

I was approached through fake social media accounts that made it look like the person already had some connection to people I followed.

The conversation moved to Telegram, where I was pushed toward investing crypto through Placoids Fx Trade. The website looked legitimate on the surface, and the pitch was that I could double money by letting it sit there.

Once I looked deeper, the setup felt wrong. The social account, the Telegram pressure, and the investment site all worked together to get me to send crypto before I had properly verified who was behind it.
