Laurent and Rowe hid my missing order behind a fake international tracking loop

I placed an order through laurentandrowe.com and received tracking information that initially made the shipment appear legitimate.

The tracking number remained stuck in a distant country for weeks, while customer service sent repetitive responses that looked automatically generated. Nothing meaningful changed and the product never arrived.

The tracking page was not evidence that my order had actually been shipped. It became part of the delay tactic. I am posting this so other customers searching the domain do not make the same mistake.
