Aemilius Cupero offered recovery help after fraud losses

I came across Aemilius Cupero after looking for help recovering money lost to fraud. The company presented itself as able to assist people who had already been scammed.

My experience made me believe the recovery offer itself was another scam. I am posting this warning because people dealing with an earlier loss can be especially vulnerable to a second promise of recovery.
