I bought an account and traded it for about a week. Once I reached profitability and was ready to request a payout, the dashboard went offline. I could no longer manage the account or complete the payout process, and I was not given a practical resolution. The timing made the experience especially difficult to accept. A trading firm should not leave customers without account access at the exact point when money becomes due.
