This one nearly caught me off guard.
I downloaded LunaVault Wallet and used it for a short period without any major issues. Eventually I ran into a syncing problem and contacted support through the website.
The person claiming to be a support representative walked me through several troubleshooting steps before eventually asking for my recovery phrase.
That immediately raised red flags. Every legitimate wallet provider I've ever used specifically warns users never to share their seed phrase with anyone.
When I refused, the representative became pushy and insisted it was necessary to restore functionality. I stopped the conversation immediately.
I can't say what would have happened if I shared it, but I strongly recommend others exercise caution.
