closesavers.com - Clone firm pretending to be Close Brothers Limited, refusing withdrawals

I was contacted via Telegram by someone claiming to be an account manager for Close Brothers Limited. They directed me to sign up on closesavers.com to park my short-term savings. After transferring £2,500, my account dashboard showed normal growth, but when I submitted a withdrawal request last week, the transaction just sits as 'Pending'. Support (apply@closesavers.com) completely stopped replying. Do not trust this domain, it is completely fake and not associated with the real regulated company.
