I submitted a withdrawal and waited for more than 24 hours without it being completed. I contacted customer service about it but did not receive a response.
The issue may sound simple, but a withdrawal should not be left pending without communication. I would advise new users to make a small test withdrawal before relying on the account for larger transactions.
