My OctaFX local-bank withdrawal stayed pending for more than a week

I requested a $251 local-bank withdrawal from OctaFX using request ID W23214561. After more than a week, the money was still pending.

I do not want an indefinite pending status. If the bank transfer cannot be completed, I asked for the money to be reversed to the trading account so I can use another withdrawal method.

I am leaving this report as a warning to keep withdrawal IDs and screenshots. I still need a clear status and a release of the funds.
