Bitstamp US PayPal auto-debit notice

I received what appeared to be confirmation of a $496.35 PayPal auto-debit connected to Bitstamp US and a stated crypto value. The message treated the payment as authorized.

I no longer have a PayPal account and had cancelled it years earlier, so I did not recognize the claimed transaction or the connection to Bitstamp US.

I reported a $496.35 loss. I am documenting this as a suspected impersonation or unauthorized-payment crypto scheme and would like the transaction trail reviewed.
