Withdrawal request not processed after profits

After making profits, I submitted a withdrawal request that was either refused or left unprocessed. I contacted the company for clarification, but I still do not have a clear answer about why the funds have not been released.

This has made me question whether the withdrawal terms are being applied fairly. I need the request reviewed properly and a direct explanation of any requirement that is supposedly preventing payment.
