It could honestly happen to anyone, I know first hand how it can be really frustrating losing your money to most of these companies through online trading. I began trading with FXPrimus in March 2026 after depositing a total of $15,000 through two transfers. During the short period that the account remained active, I generated $1,116.79 in trading profit.
On April 2, I received an email informing me that the account had been blocked and the profits had been voided. I disagreed with that decision, but the larger problem was what happened to my deposited capital. According to my account calculation, $10,841.47 of my own deposit remained unresolved.
I supplied the blockchain transaction records for the deposits and repeatedly tried to obtain a clear explanation of how client principal could remain withheld after the account was terminated. A disagreement about trading profits is one matter; retaining a substantial portion of the original deposit without a transparent reconciliation is much more serious. Until FXPrimus provides a documented account-level explanation, I cannot recommend placing significant funds with this broker.
