A mobile investing app left my account locked for weeks after a transfer dispute

I opened an account after seeing positive social media reviews and funded it with a small ACH transfer to begin building a long-term portfolio.

The initial setup was smooth and purchases executed normally. The issue started when one of my bank transfers became delayed and my account entered a review state.

Support responses became extremely slow and my ability to trade or move assets remained restricted for nearly three weeks while the investigation remained open. Every interaction resulted in another request to simply wait for internal processing.

Although my case was eventually resolved, the experience highlighted how dangerous it can be when customer funds become inaccessible during support bottlenecks.

Anyone using app-based investment platforms should understand the withdrawal and support procedures before committing significant capital.

I experienced regular price manipulation, price holding so your trade does not become a winning trade or price bumps against market direction so you lose a winning trade. In my opinion very arrogant way to steal your funds. I’m glad I had all my funds returned including profits, thanks to a Recovery Pro. If anyone has found themselves in a similar situation they can reach me and I'll refer you for help. I'll make sure you get back everything you lost;
