Approved withdrawal never reached destination wallet

I requested an $830 withdrawal and was later told by email that the funds were approved and on the way. The money never reached my destination wallet.

I contacted the broker but did not receive a response. I need a transaction reference or a correction of the payment so the funds can be received.
