Deposit accepted but no withdrawal option worked

The platform accepted my deposit, but I have not been able to use a working withdrawal option to take my money back out. My attempts to get help from the company have not produced a response or solution.

A trading account should not work only in one direction. I need a clear withdrawal route and a response from support explaining why my funds cannot be accessed.
