FlipTrade Group did not resolve my contest-ranking dispute

I took part in FlipTrade Group’s $10,000 live trading contest from January 25 to January 30, 2026. On the final day, the leaderboard froze for about five hours before the official close. My profit ratio reached 1123.58%, but the rankings did not update and I was left in fourth place instead of first.

I reported the issue during the contest and was told there were technical problems. After escalation, the company said it would investigate and provide historical equity records and verification of the results. I am still waiting for those records and a clear explanation of the ranking outcome.
