My account was suspended even though I had successfully withdrawn funds before. I was not given a valid explanation, and my balance became unavailable while I was trying to make another withdrawal.
If the company believes I breached any terms, it should provide clear evidence instead of simply blacklisting the account. I need the suspension reviewed and the withdrawal processed without further delay.
