Main Report
I was contacted by someone calling herself Amy after a wrong-number text. The conversation became romantic over time, and she eventually encouraged me to learn crypto trading so we could supposedly build a future together. She promoted a trading system she said her uncle’s team had developed and claimed it never lost money.
I opened a Coinbase account and sent $600 to Bitotigercoin. I was initially able to move part of the apparent gains back through Coinbase and into my bank, which made the platform seem real. Later, I was pushed to cash out my IRA so I could make more money.
When I tried to take out my remaining funds, Bitotigercoin refused unless I became a member for $5,000. I lost about $500. Do not pay a membership fee to unlock an existing balance, and be extremely cautious of romantic contacts who steer conversations toward crypto trading.
