Coinlocally froze my account on December 15, 2025. I immediately contacted support because I wanted to understand the reason for the restriction and what I needed to provide to recover access.
For weeks, the only answer I received was that I should wait while an internal review continued. When I pressed for a specific update, the response changed to a statement that my account was permanently blocked. I was not given a useful explanation of the alleged violation or a practical appeal route.
Coinlocally replied publicly that account actions follow its policies and internal risk reviews. That did not resolve the central problem for me: my account remained inaccessible, and support never gave me a transparent account-level explanation.
